Yes. We also have a predefined set of rules that fits the general case out
of the box (based on domain expertise acquired while working with previous
customers). So customers don't start at ground zero. They start with our set
of rules, and then customize them to fit their specific case. Some customers
are content with the out-of-the-box rules. Some customize them to a
considerable extent.
