I'd second Karen's remarks. This web site is an excellent resource. I've
forwarded this link on to engineers around here, before. However, when I
tried recommending this to one engineer, he directed my attention to a
binder he had on his desk in front of him with printed versions of your
Powerpoint tutorials in it. He had nothing but praise for the tutorial. (And
some folks still like reading paper. Maybe you should write a book.)
