You can call it what you like, but since it has different rules for
what is well-formed, you had better have some way of telling the
parser which version it is.  Such as a different value for version
in the XML declaration.

The errata to XML that were incorporated in the second edition were
just that: errata.  They were mistakes in the spec which needed to be
corrected.  That's not the case with 1.1.
