Also, XML Spy is using a UNC path (E:\temp\testdoc.xsd) instead of a URI
(file:///e:/temp/testdoc.xsd) for the schema location which will cause
problems trying to use the file with other processors.  Maybe it is fixed in
the 4 series and the value is just a holdover from 3.5.
