There is an entirely unsupported and incomplete XSLT XSD-to-DTD convertor 
at <URL: http://crism.maden.org/consulting/pub/xsl/xsd2dtd.xsl >.  It only 
supports as much of XSD as I'd had occasion to use thus far.  Enhancements 
are welcome and will be added with due credit.  (Note, in particular, that 
it doesn't support xs:include.)

There is a companion stylesheet at <URL: 
http://crism.maden.org/consulting/pub/xsl/xsd2html.xsl > which generates 
documentation from a schema.
