I received this three hours after it was posted.  I got some stuff from
yesterday almost 18 hours after it was posted, so you may bet the missed
posts sooner or later!  

I did email the webmaster about three hours ago, so maybe something was
fixed.

I copied Karl Best ... he may wish to comment on whether a known problem was
corrected or whether we should be letting someone know about ongoing
problems.
