Not everyone has signed the Treaty of Wulai it seems.

The www-talk mailing list is debating what's at the 
end of a namespace. A discussion thats spread 
from the Dublin Core people, who were considering using 
RDDL apparently [1].

There's even mention of an 'xmlns' URI scheme [2]...
