Now that the legal dust has all finally settled, the haiku story of 
Exemplary Technologies, Inc. and Yomu can be told:

    Compulsive liar
    Sells false opportunity.
    Ponzi would be proud.

    Yomu in trouble.
    Commerce One stock the answer.
    It doesn't exist.

    Thought he was so sly:
    Forgery with an inkjet
    (Trafford convicted).

    Spring comes to Frisco.
    February sentencing.
    Snow in Canada.
