It was included in "Internet Explorer 2.0 HTML v. 0.9" and even there
marked as deprecated. It wasn't part of "Internet Explorer 3.0 HTML v.
0.9". I suggest refering to Mark Buckley for further discussion on
Microsoft HTML...
