Environment: Windows 98, NT and above, using Microsoft's MSXML 3.0 XML
Parser. The code integrates with Microsoft's Visual C++ 6.

The toolkit contains a GUI application that generates C++ code from a schema
(May 2001 W3C recommendation).

Alpha release 0.10 is free to download for evaluation purposes only.
