Current stuff is CVS only.  I expect we'll have a pre-built JAR file
and probably a source distribution too, but for now see:

  http://www.gnu.org/software/classpathx/jaxp/

There are a few minor bugfixes to go back there, but I'd be pleased
to hear about previously unknown problems.
