Depends on what you mean by 'access'...

MSXML4 has some stuff, check out ISchemaType and ISchemaDeclaration

XSV has a PSVI dump if you use the -r switch ( I think ). This dumps out XML
which you could access through an API you like ;-)

Are there any parsers available yet that will let me access the type
information from the PSVI ? I looked at the schema support in the both
Xerces-J & C and they don't expose the PSVI info.
