hi all,

I have added Broker initialization to weblogic startup so that all the
broker rules are loaded into the broker memory at weblogic startup time. 
I have updated //jaws/base/core/config/weblogic/weblogic.properties in
perforce with the following section to enable broker initialization:

# Initialization for Broker  
weblogic.system.startupClass.initBroker=com.jamcracker.broker.InitBroker
weblogic.system.startupArgs.initBroker=\
	propertiesFile=/jaws/config/platform/Jamcracker.properties

Also, I have added bsf.jar and bsfengines.jar to the classpath in
//jaws/base/core/config/weblogic/startWebLogic.cmd to enable calling of java
functions from within XSL. bsf.jar and bsfengines.jar are now in the lib
directory in perforce.
