to be fair Richard Tobin's XML Schema for the Infoset at:

http://www.cogsci.ed.ac.uk/~richard/infoset/20010216/

includes a PSVI module:

http://www.cogsci.ed.ac.uk/~richard/infoset/20010216/XMLSchema-infoset.xsd

Doesn't this represent a well-formed XML representation of the PSVI?
