Encapsulation is wonderful.  That is 
not the issue.

Short as I can:  the concern is not 
that WF-XML goes away.  It is that 
new versions of XPath and XSLT will 
only work if the properties inserted 
by XML Schema processing (the PSVI) 
are present.  Is that it?
