I am wondering if I should start a specific mailing list for
examplotron.

The feedback from this list is invaluable and it would be a great asset
for examplotron to be considered as a xml-dev project like SAX or RDDL.

On the other hand, I wouldn't want to waste bandwidth if the community
doesn't think it belongs here. 

Please advise!
