Meaning that given the solution is underspecified 
and unsustainable, the complex alternatives are 
unendurable and unacceptable, and the 
simpler solution has yet to be defined, Bob's 
boss is about to go 404.

How exactly is separating the parsing and validation 
completely going to be easier than groves and infosets.
Somewhere you are going to name names, name nodes, 
and group named properties, yes?

I'm your boss, Bob.  Explain it to me.

Freedom-of-authorship cuts little ice with Bobs boss
who is just trying to build robust B2B systems with XML.
