I wish to use a DOM parser to load an XML file that has a PUBLIC identifier
for a DOCTYPE. I am currently using MSXML. Does anyone know of anyway to set
the PUBLIC id using the MSXML stuff. If you know about Apache's XML DOM
stuff I would be interested in doing it through that as well.
