I've updated the spec today, not much different except that I am going
through and thoroughly RDDLizing all the resources (e.g. each module of the
DTD is being included, etc.)

I've also included a new XSLT http://www.rddl.org/rddl2rss.xsl which
generates a RSS document from a RDDL document (at least I think so :-) This
version depends on the saxon function: 'system-id' to get the baseURI...

The mapping is basically

@xl:title -> <title>
@xl:href -> <link>
* -> <description>
