Here is the latest proposal:-

     XNGloss - http://infomesh.net/2001/01/xngloss/

Which should hopefully represent the most up-to-date XML-DEV creation so
far (including the name as suggested by Uche!)... Note also the natty XHTML
Modularization going on at http://infomesh.net/2001/01/xngloss/#mod

This should be a good base specification until Jonathan brings out his next
version :-)
