I have no problem looking at the schema in IE 5 using MSXML 3.0

Download 3.0 (the best and most standard compliant version) from
http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml and use the xmlinst.exe utility (also
downloadable from that site) to make IE5 use it.

PS: MSXML 3.0 does not support XML Schema as schema language, 4.0 will...
