Hi! Reading Bjarne Stroustrup's C++ Programming language, 3rd edition,
section 8.1, 8.2 (on namespaces) and 9.3 (organising header files), I get
the impression that Hetrogenous design approach (probably unqualified one,
so that it doesn't clutter the instance document) is better suited for large
scale complex schemas.
