That's not good.  For these guidelines to be of any value they must be
simple and easy to understand.  Thanks for the feedback Clark.

I am working on some slides.  I think that they will make it easier to
understand.  I should have the slide version online today or tomorrow.

P.S.  I welcome offers to help simplify/clarify the schema guidelines
