In particular the RDF definition of a typed node associates the type of an
element to the URI formed by concatenating the element name to the namespace
URI. This works fine when RDF namespace URIs end in '#' as is recommended
... in this case the URI reference may point to a type definition (e.g. an
rdfs:Class or rdfs:Property derived type). I have suggested that when
namespace URIs end in other than a Letter or '_' that an '#' be inserted
between the namespaceURI and element name to form a URI reference defining
the type (see http://www.openhealth.org/RDF/QNameToURI.htm )
