I'm currently working on a project that uses a TOC similar to the MSDN TOC.
I downloaded the example that MS published, and it works great, except that
it's a static TOC.  It's populated by the use of static "map"(XML node)
files.  I'm trying to populate the TOC using a query from an SQL database.
Has anyone been able to get this working, without using static files??  Any
information would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks!!
