You know, the latest version (MSXML3) is actually quite good.  Almost
everything is compatible with SAXON and XT (maybe not everything, but no
two of those three quite agree on everything anyway).

If you  install it, you have to be sure to follow the instructions to
get the new dll to become the default dll, but it's easy.
