Hi Folks,

The online version of all the Best Practices documents have been totally
reworked. See:

It is starting to look less like a collection of notes, and more like a
schema design guideline document.

The discussions on cohesion/coupling have been incorporated into the
documents.

Please look over the documents and provide feedback: 

 - Are they missing any of our discussions?
 - Are they clear and easy to understand? 
 
Any suggestions that you have would be appreciated.
