In conjunction with the recent announcement of the advancement of XML
Schema to Candidate Recommendation, I'm pleased to announce the
availablility of a self-installing version of XSV, the W3C/University
of Edinburgh XML Schema validator:

  ftp://ftp.cogsci.ed.ac.uk/pub/XSV/XSV10.EXE

This version is for WIN32 only, UN*X coming soon.
