Norm, Karl, et al.

	Could we please have an update on the maintenance of the list facilities
and its current technical status. 

	- I haven't had any mail from the list for > 24 hours, though I have had
personal mail in reply to postings and I know that mail has gone into the
mailbox archive. I don't know what the state of other members is.

	- The links to the archive on http://www.xml.org are broken, and it is
quite difficult to discover where the archive is

	- Is there a threaded archive reachable from http://www.xml.org?

	- what is the current status of completeness of mail archives since
2000-02-01?
