Yes.  I guess asking for a SWAG at when that might 
be given the W3C schedules and resources is 
not realistic.

Microsoft has been an early, enthusiastic supporter of the W3C XML Schema
Activity.  Microsoft intends to support the W3C Schema specification when it
becomes a Proposed Recommendation.
