Rael Dornfest has kindly offered to take over
the care and feeding of the RAX API[1].

RAX is a simple API for accessing record-oriented
XML which I have shamefully neglected since
I wrote an article on it for xml.com[2]

The old RAX home page[3] now points
to the new RAX home page[1].
