Please check out and enjoy the GUI, Emacs-type-based, Lisp-extensible, DOM
Level-1 implemented DTD and XML editor from Media Design in-progress.  A
true pleasure to use, at http://www.in-progress.com

Terje Norderhaug, erstwhile member of this list, has made an incredible
suite of programs, the one mentioned above is Emile (pro version).
