I just re-ran the Perl script that does the work, and modified it so it
includes a copy of itself as a comment at the end, so people can update
their own copies as often as desired.  Just grab
http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/assignments/media-types/media-types and
run the Perl script over it; it will regenerate media-types.dtd, including
the script.

There are currently 339 media types in the file.
