While I am not connected in anyway to Intel, I believe those two Intel
products are hardware-based SSL with some XML specific facilities (i.e.
digital signature) enhancements (probably in software).  They bought a
hardware-based SSL company last year and they already have a similar
product for e-tailers to handle secure financial transactions fast.

Makes great sense.  Matter fact, I think I need it it in one of my
projects.
