Both are on the cusp of being done. As an author whose book leans on both of
these fairly heavily, I am fearful that radical changes will happen AFTER my
manuscript is too far along in production. 

Does anyone have a clue as to what is happening with these two specs? I am
assuming that the Infoset is waiting for the relative namespace URI debacle
to be resolved and that SAX2 is waiting for infoset to go CR, yes?
