On the Cafe con leche site site, http://metalab.unc.edu/xml/, there is
an interesting note that there is a Java coverter from DTD to RELAX
schemas available at
	http://www.horobi.com/Projects/RELAX/Archive/DTD2RELAX.html

For people interested in moving to XML Schemas, RELAX provides a nice
starting point; companies might consider the strategy of using RELAX
immediately for schemas in year 2000, with a view to moving to full XML
Schemas in 2001, I suppose. Basic RELAX is a subset of XML Schemas:
they both differ in more advanced constructs.
