Has anyone taken a close look at Mozilla's XUL (XML User Interface
Language) and considered using it for projects outside of Mozilla?

XUL (see http://www.xml.com/pub/2000/03/15/xul/index.html for a good intro,
or http://www.mozilla.org/docs/xul/xulnotes/) uses XML documents to
describe user interfaces, including, I believe, the Mozilla interface itself.

I'd be interested in hearing what folks think about XUL in general, and
thoughts about its use outside Mozilla in particular.
