Subject: Implementation of OFX in XML

Hi,

I am implementing the a project in that uses OFX as the financial message
exchange format.
I have been given a SGML DTD also... unfortunately, I do not know SGML.

Is there an XML implementation of the OFX standards.

I'll be grateful if someone could send me the URL from where I could get a
XML DTD or a Schema .

Thanks,
Abhishek.
