Laura,

XML-DEV mailing list problems started the day it was moved to
OASIS, not yesterday.  The fact that OASIS became aware of the
problems just yesterday speaks volumes about OASIS's attitude
toward this serious responsibility it willingly accepted and
publicized about widely.

Thank you for offering assurances, which I prefer over silence
and abandonment, but I do prefer real deeds over promises and
press releases.  Finally, I would like some words of appology
from OASIS.
