Yep, I emailed a similar suggestion (complete with instructions on
how to set it up) to this list a couple of months ago.

So far, no action. Although OASIS seems to have implemented my
suggestions about filtering multipart/alternative, they have not yet
taken any action on alleviating the queueing delay.
