I guess I should have been more concrete in my suggestions. These all sound
great!

I didn't mean to accuse anyone of pure whining; it was just an amplification
of my agreement with Rick J that the assertions about xml-dev consensus
based on xml-dev complaints about the W3C were a bit too rash.
