Since units of measure got some mention at the XTech conference, I wanted to post the start of a thread that occurred last summer on this topic.

Also, hopefully the OASIS guys will import the archive of xml-dev@i..., it would be a shame to lose that.  And it was funky that their author directory was alphabetized Z-A.
