If the JCP was a more open process, I'd take it more seriously.  At this
point, though, speculating whether Sun's closed process will use the
still-developing results of the W3C's closed process doesn't seem like a
very useful exercise.

The JSR dates back to August, and I don't think there's any more recent
public expression of work on it.
