?  OEB puts CSS in a stylesheet, the same as good HTML practice does. 
  And since OEB allows arbitrary XML, you can use any of the DTDs you're 
already using, include a stylesheet, and wrap them up as an OEB 
Publication Structure for distribution to any of the OEB-compliant ebook 
readers.
