Hi,

Since this afternoon I got some comments and myself, I checked again the
document. This lead to a new version which is posted at:

Up to now, we have an offer from Betty L. Harvey to host the XML-DEV
Editorial content. We'll wait a couple of days for an answer from OASIS.
