If anyone is creating or using tools for processing XML Schema, XML-Data,
XDR, DCD, SOX, or DDML schemas, could you please contact me (privately)?
I'm attempting to build a list.

I'm not interested (today) in people building schemas - only in the tools
people are building to process schemas.
