Hi all,

Did unicode just translate the coding in any language (such as chinese
idiographic and English-latin) ?, could they translation in English into
chinese without disctionary translator ?.

Can XML do the latin translate to chinese or what ever language with their
unicode ?. i think XML could be automatic translate the english into
chinese, when i wrote the english first (for first page), couldn't i ?.

Example:

in English:
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>

<language>

   <text>Hello, how are you ?</text>

</language>

in chinese:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='GB2312'?>

<language>

   <text>?, ???? </text>

</language>
