Developers' Conference is now available at

As always, this intimate, one-track technical conference features the
very best of current experience in XML and related technologies in a
setting designed to facilitate communication between advanced workers
in the field.  As always, it's being held in one of the most enjoyable
cities in North America -- cosmopolitan Montreal, Quebec.  And as
always, you have just a few days to decide you're coming before the
hotel rooms disappear.
