hi,

I'm a new expat XML parser user, and I've just installed expat on my
computer. I'm trying to run bin/elements.exe in order to know what this
library allows to do, but it doesn't work...

if any one know how I must use this "elements" binary, and how it works,
please let me know.
I'm working under windows-nt.
