Eg hname://www.megginson.com/exp/id/airports/KLGA I agree that it isn't 100% guaranteed to be unique as someone else could come along and define the semantics of what follows "hname" as meaning that someone could legitimately use the above and not be owner of megginson.com but I think that is almost impossible.
